Q: How does the modular system work?
A: It is a system of counters and fridges which simply bolt together. No need for drilling and cutting etc.
Q: Do you stock the counters, bars, fridges and freezers ?
A: No, our coffee shop counter systems are manufactured to your specific requirements and order.
Q: Do you have a paper catalogue and price list you could send me by post ?
A: Yes. If you contact us with your address we will send you a catalogue or you can download it.
Q: How long does it take to be made and delivered?
A: It takes approximately 5 to 6 weeks to manufacture and deliver from date of ordering. (min 4 weeks max 8 weeks subject to ongoing shipping)
Q: How does the price compare to bespoke counter systems ?
A: We feel that it compares very well. On a like for like quality and finish basis we feel our system is a lot less than a bespoke counter.
Q: I see that you have shelving in your schemes. Do I have to have shelving?
A: No. We provide shelving with mirrored or wood backing to match the counters. You don’t have to take it.
Q: Do you have a showroom where I can view the equipment ?
A: Yes strictly by appointment. The showroom is separate to our offices so an appointment is required.
Q: Can I buy just one counter?
A: Yes. You can order as many counters as you want. We have no minimum order.
Q: Do you only sell the schemes shown on your web site ?
A: No most certainly not. The systems are completely mix and match. You can mix any wood colour, decoration and granite you like. All the schemes on our web site are just our ideas. You can have whatever you want. (within our options available)
Q: I have an idea of my own style, are you able to make it for me?
A: Most of the time yes, it does depend on various factors. Send a picture and we will be able to say yes or no.
Q: Do you offer a design service ?
A: Yes, we will liase with you and design a scheme to your ideas. You are free to accept it or design your own layout. We design the counter systems, kitchen and seating layout.
We do not design the general shop decoration.
Q: What if I have architects plans and a scheme already designed ?
A: If the equipment is within our range we will offer you a quotation based upon your plans. Simply e-mail or fax them over to us and we will contact you.
Q: Is the design service free ?
A: Yes it is free with no obligation.
Q: I want to send a document to you, what format does it need to be in ?
A: More or less any common format, Adobe .pdf Word .doc powerpoint Autocad .dwf (2005 complient) any picture file such as jpeg, bmp, tiff.
You can also fax or post a hand drawn sketch or drawing. As long as it has approximate sizes or a scale on it, it will be satisfactory. All we need to know are the sizes you would like the counters and fridges etc to be

Q: Do you install the coffee counters, serve overs and shelving ?
A: Yes. Subject to a separate quotation.
Q: Do you install the services such as electric and water supplies ?
A: We are able to carry out this work using qualified subcontractors if you wish. Subject to separate quotation.
Q: Do you carryout the complete shop fit such as plastering and decorating?
A: No.
Q: I want to install the counter system myself, is this possible?
A: Yes. Any competent DIY’r should be able to install the system. Or you could employ your own fitters.
Q: Do you deliver and is there a delivery charge?
A: Yes we offer free delivery to site (UK mainland). We do not bring the equipment in to the premises unless we are the installer. The equipment is delivered to as close to the access door as possible. Deliveries are within working hours. Outside normal hours can be arranged. (subject to fee).
Q: Our premises are within the London road charge scheme, do you charge to come inside the zone ?
A: No.
Q: What areas of the UK do you cover ?
A: We cover the whole UK mainland for sales and installations .(NI sales only)
Q: Do you export ?
A: Yes.
Q: What warranty do you offer?
A: We offer 1 year parts warranty if installed by others. We offer 1 year parts and labour warranty if installed by ourselves. We offer 3 years parts and labour warranty if covered by a maintenance contract with ourselves. (subject to terms)
Q: Most other companies seem to offer 2 or 3 year warranties as standard. Why don’t you?
A: We do. Just like other companies we insist on the equipment being properly maintained to qualify. Other companies also specify that their equipment be properly maintained. We just make the issue of maintenance very clear rather than put it in small print.
Q: Why should I buy your coffee counter and bar system ?
A: Studies have shown that if you provide your customers with a quality coffee house interior, they are more likely to stay longer, have a higher spend and return more often. Our system offers fantastic value for the quality & creates a very welcoming ambiance.
Q: Do you offer finance ?
A: Finance can be arranged subject to status. (request full details)
Q: When I am ready to order do I pay a deposit with my order ?.
A: Yes. A deposit is required with your order and balance of payment on delivery of the counter system.
Q: Once I have placed an order and paid my deposit, can I cancel if something goes wrong ?
A: No. The system is manufactured to your specific design and order. If you canceled this would leave ourselves with a system no one else would want.
Q: I am a trade dealer, do you sell to the trade and why should I buy from you if you sell direct ?
A: Yes we sell to the trade and direct, we strictly monitor all enquiries and usually know if the same job is being quoted twice. We never approach dealer clients direct. If the dealer client approaches ourselves, we refer them back to the dealer. We are able to offer dealer references of these facts to reassure new dealers. We believe the market is big enough to support both types of selling.
